Abstract: 

This study has examined the organizational antecedents and consequences of Hypocritical Behaviors in interpersonal communication in Najafabad public organizations. To this end, proportional questionnaires were distributed among 280 employees of organizations as a sample. To test the hypothesis, the data were fitted to structural equation models based on chi-square, normed chi-square, incremental fit indices, comparative fit index, Tucker- Lewis, and root mean squared error of approximation. In order to adjust the results, the dynamic model of relationships between antecedents and consequences of Hypocritical Behaviors in interpersonal communication in organization was developed and tested. The results showed that at 95 percent confidence level, climate of silent, political interpersonal communication and legal-supervisory weakness are antecedents of research's dependent variable and organizational silence and interpersonal trust are its consequences. It was indicated that legal-supervisory weakness will raise climate of silence through affecting political interpersonal communication. Also the legal-supervisory weakness will decline interpersonal trust through directly and indirectly affecting climate of silence and Hypocritical Behaviors in interpersonal communication in organization.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between political Behaviors and strategic thinking with Hypocritical Behaviors in physical education teachers of Kazerun city. This research was applied and descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this research was all the physical education teachers of Kazeron city in the number of 97 people, of which 83 people cooperated with the researcher as a sample and using the total number sampling method. The tools of data collection were the standard questionnaires of Dobrin's political Behaviors (1978), Goldman's strategic thinking (2005) and Danai Fred et al. 's Hypocritical Behaviors (2013). Descriptive statistics methods were used to describe the data, and Pearson's correlation coefficient and regression statistical methods were used to analyze the data. The results of the research showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between political Behaviors and Hypocritical Behaviors, and there was a negative and significant relationship between strategic thinking and Hypocritical Behaviors, and the results of the research showed that political Behaviors and strategic thinking have significant predictive ability. Abstract: 

In order to expand the literature on the effects and consequences of Hypocritical Behaviors in organizations, the present study aims to present a model iof the role of these Behaviors in the organizational deviations along with explaining the mediating role of interpersonal trust and organizational silence in government organizations in Rafsanjan in 2018. In this regard, research questionnaires were prepared and distributed among the sample of 294 employees. To analyze the data, the structural equation modeling was implemented and to test the hypotheses, the pattern of relations between the antecedents of deviant Behaviors with stimulating role of Hypocritical Behaviors in interpersonal communication by mediating role of interpersonal trust and organizational silence was developed and tested. The results showed that at confidence level of 95%, Hypocritical Behaviors were significantly associated with interpersonal trust and organizational silence. Interpersonal trust and silent strategy also have a direct significant relationship with organizational deviances. Finally, considering the direct effect of Hypocritical Behaviors on the occurrence of organizational deviances, it can be argued that the constructs of interpersonal trust and organizational silence play a relative mediating role in this regard. Thus, evidence suggests that Hypocritical Behaviors with a decrease in interpersonal trust have contributed to the prevalence of organizational silence and, consequently, to the emergence and increase of organizational deviances of employees.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this qualitative study is to explore the process of “Hypocritical Behaviors in interpersonal communication in the workplace” using grounded theory’s systematic design. In this regard by doing an open interview with 25 employees of a public organization, a group of initial themes were collected through a coding process and some categories were extracted from them. Then, in the phase of axial coding, the link between these categories were determined in the form of coding paradigm under titles of causal conditions, core phenomenon, mutual action/reaction strategies, intervening conditions, and the consequences of Hypocritical Behaviors in interpersonal communication. In the selective coding phase the elements of coding paradigm were described, the story line was sketched out, and the theory was generated. Finally, we developed propositions and strategic hypotheses.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to explore and classify the perceptions of the phenomenon of hypocrisy in organization from viewpoint of employees in a university using phenomenography, so that achieving to a deeper understanding of this phenomenon. Sampling was done by maximum variation method and sample size was determined 30 people using theoretical saturation. Some open semi-structural interviews were done among participants; then data was coded using Maxqda. After analyzing interviews, five perspectives were created: concepts based on impression management techniques (ingratiation and blasting), the person’ s hidden benefit-seeking continuous intention (protecting post, promoting post, and attracting benefits), person’ s active Hypocritical properties (self-monitoring and learning dysfunctional political Behaviors), managerial flattering-culture, and political voice and silence culture. Thereafter, those mentioned classes were located on a triple-level hierarchy (behavioral techniques, individual and organization). Findings were validated through credibility, transferability, dependability, and conformability indexes.

Abstract: 

Our main question in the present research was: "The authors of the texts that read the Iranian people how they transmitted their opinion to the audience. " So, right now, we ask how the transfer of this concept was carried out, and how often through the study of the texts of this period, we will find out how some writers themselves came to the conclusion that Iranians are duplexers. In this paper, using the method of "content analysis", the analysis of parts of texts such as travelogues, reports, in fact, texts that have characterized the Safavid to Pahlavi era as duplicates, The author's strategy has been compared with those of Edward Saeedi. In this paper, by focusing on authors' strategies in assigning a trait, we examine texts that point to the duplicity of Iranians. A number of writers point to the dilemma of the state, denounce it, and characterize the ruling class,other authors of this duplicity in the ruling class generalize to all Iranians. A number of travel writers after watching the flood and dwarves observed by the people under the control of the masters of power, regardless of the conditions of the lord of the ruling society of Iran and the circumstances of this situation, what is called the position of necessity, all the people of Iran Make it fun and enjoyable. Finally, some writers such as Shardin and Goobino attribute it to all Iranians with a more integrated strategy and integration by seeing one or two moral attributes.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Toxic leadership of principals on organizational trauma mediated by the Hypocritical behavior of teachers. The research method was descriptive and correlational. The study population consisted of 16750 teachers all secondary school in Khuzestan province in 2021. Which was people from this population based on Cochran's formula a sample of 407 people was selected by stratified random sampling. To collect data were used Poison Leadership Questionnaire (Schmidt, 2008), Organizational Trauma Questionnaire (Vivian & Horman, 2015) and Hypocritical Behavior Questionnaire (Hadavi Nejad, 2011). Data were analyzed using pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling. The results of the path analysis showed that the toxic leadership of managers had a positive and significant effect on organizational trauma and Hypocritical behavior in secondary school teachers. Hypocritical behavior had a positive and significant effect on organizational trauma in secondary school teachers (p≤0. 05). In addition, the toxic leadership of principals through Hypocritical behavior had an indirect, positive and significant effect on organizational trauma in secondary school teachers (p≤0. 05). So that the toxic leadership of managers and Hypocritical behavior explained 55% of the changes in organizational trauma among secondary school teachers. It seems that the Hypocritical behavior of secondary school teachers plays a mediating role in the relationship between managers' poisonous leadership and creating organizational trauma.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to identify the reasons for the prevalence of Hypocritical actions in Ilam province and intends to use methodological paradigm of qualitative studies and using of abductive reasoning strategy in the form of research method of grounded theory to provide a sociological analytical. The statistical population of the study is a combination of cultural and religious experts, university professors, socio-cultural activists and so-called key informants who have sufficient information about the phenomenon under study and have sufficient knowledge of the research community using a combination of methods. using of Purposive sampling and theoretical sampling for selected sample was continued using semi-structured interviews until the theoretical saturation was reached. Based on the research strategy, using coding methods in three stages of open, axial and selective coding, 527 semantic phrases extracted from interviews, 185 concepts, 85 subcategories and 3 3 main categories have been extracted. The results indicate the existence of Hypocritical actions and the axial categories of research are shown in a paradigm model that indicates the structuralization of the phenomenon of hypocrisy. According to the core category and the theory of research, hypocrisy is the product of people's reaction to multiple standards in society.

Abstract: 

Hypocrisy is a phenomenon traceable in various societies as well as ours. One of the study fields pertaining to hypocrisy is the theoretical fields of discussions on it. In this regard, it is advisable to study the factors leading to the emergence of hypocrisy. No doubt, putting forward discussions of this kind from religious point of view can lead to the fortification of the theoretical bases of studies on Islamic Revolution. In the advent of Islam, hypocrisy was a phenomenon caused by "fear"-as some believe-and caused by various factors such as avarice, fear, prejudice, and deviance in the prophets' mission-as some others believe. What follows from the difference between these two views is that in the first view, the emergence of hypocrisy is limited to Medina, while in the second one its emergence can be presumed and proved in Mecca before Hijra as well. Scrutiny in verses pertaining to the hypocrites supports the latter view.

Abstract: 

Attitudes are relatively stable assessments of various phenomena in the social world in people's minds. Functional Attitude Theory examines the inner motivations of human beings, the cause of attitudes and their role and function in creating social Behaviors. In Haft Owrang poetry, the poet's use of allegory and the narrative format, in most cases, has contributed greatly to the emergence of Jami's views on individual, interpersonal and social issues. The present article has studied the subject of "Hypocritical Sufis" from the perspective of analyzing their personality and behavior based on Functional Attitude Theory using analytical-descriptive method. The result of the research shows that the attitude of different social classes towards the phenomenon of hypocrisy and its manifestation in the Jami’, s age as "Hypocritical Sufis" can be classified into two "profit-seeking" and "value-seeking" functions. Also, the role of political and cultural conditions, traditions and customs of society, as well as the function of mysticism can be considered in this field. Despite the relative stability of Jami's view, the study of the contradiction in attitude as "cognitive inconsistency" is also important in Jami's Haft Owrang, where the poet has implemented the two approaches of "attitude justification" and "following destinism" in this component.
